Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail) to the following address:

Refund

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means; in any event, this refund will not incur any fees for you.
